Terms of use

These terms cover use of the Milulu website and access to the learning app through it.

What Milulu offers

Milulu is a language practice tool. It is built to help you practise speaking and make progress, but it does not promise a particular outcome, exam score or level of fluency.

Accounts

Some features need an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and not sharing them.

Minimum age

Use of the site and the app, including buying a Plus subscription, is intended for users aged 18 or older. A user under 18 may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

What is free

Every language and every course is free through level A2 inclusive, forever, with no daily limit and no ads. The free tier includes the real neural voice in practice, a daily allowance of speaking correction and of the AI tutor, the full placement test, and the full AMIRNET diagnostic with the mistake notebook and study plan. Milulu Plus opens the units from B1 to C2, and takes the limits off speaking correction and the AI tutor.

Subscriptions and payments

Milulu Plus is a renewing subscription: $4.39 a month or $34.99 a year. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the period you paid for. The AMIRNET diagnostic is open and always free. The whole AMIRNET track, including the full preparation track, is currently free during launch; this is not a fixed price and not a commitment that the service will stay free. Before the full AMIRNET track can be bought, we will publish its price and terms here. Prices on this site are in Israeli shekels. Buying on the site is completed on a secure payment page hosted by Morning (Green Invoice), which handles the payment details and issues the invoice. We never see or store card details.

Payments in the app

Purchases made inside the mobile app are handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play under their own terms and refund policies. The price shown there is the store's price and may differ from the price on this site. Cancelling or managing a subscription bought in a store is done in your store account, not with us.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel Plus at any time. A purchase made on this site is subject to the cancellation rights that apply to you by law, and customers in the European Union have a 14 day right to withdraw from a digital purchase, unless you asked to start using the content immediately and thereby waived it. For a cancellation or refund on a purchase made on this site, write to us. A purchase made in an app store is governed by that store's terms.

Fair use

Do not copy, sell or redistribute Milulu content, and do not attempt to disrupt the service or access it in unauthorised ways.

Intellectual property

The content, design and Milulu character belong to us.

Liability

Milulu is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error free or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the company and anyone acting on its behalf are not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from use of the service or reliance on its content, including exam results such as AMIRNET. Content on the site and in the app is not professional, educational or other advice, and using it is at the user's own responsibility.

Changes

We may update these terms. A significant update will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
